NAMI Northwoods, Inc.

Mission

NAMI Northwoods provides advocacy, education, support and public awareness throughout Marathon, Lincoln, and Langlade counties in Wisconsin so that all individuals and families affected by mental illness can build better lives.

Vision

NAMI envisions a world where all people affected by mental illness live healthy, fulfilling lives supported by a community that cares.

Goals

1.NAMI Northwoods will continue to increase trained peer facilitators to offer programming throughout our service area at no cost to help support people in an area with a shortage of providers.
2.We continue to find opportunities to expand the reach of our organization through technology, location, and investment in personnel, while keeping our offerings free to all.
3.Duty in our commitment to evidence-based programming supports our goal that all individuals in our service area affected by mental illness can build better lives.
