Mission

Salt + Light transforms the lives of our Central California neighbors at risk of or experiencing homelessness by fostering community and belonging. We offer dignified housing, essential case management services, purposeful work opportunities, and outreach programs rooted in dignity and radical hospitality.

3.We’ll scale The Neighborhood Village by expanding locally, replicating the model in new communities, and launching a training initiative to teach others across California how to build similar villages rooted in belonging, dignity, and sustainable care.
