Mission

Brain Research Foundation, founded in 1953, supports neuroscience research that leads to advanced understanding of brain function in children and adults. This Foundation is committed to advance discoveries that will lead to novel treatments and prevention of all neurological diseases. They deliver this commitment through both research grant programs, which provide initial funding for innovative research projects, as well as educational programs for researchers and the general public.

Goals

1.To continue to provide (and increase) seed funding for our seed program.
2.To continue to provide (and increase) funding for our Scientific Innovations Award program.
3.To continue to grow the board of trustees on a national scale to increase BRF awareness and fundraising mechanisms to contribute more to critical early-stage neuroscience research.
