SUCH PURPOSE SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO ORGANIZING YOUTH OF LITHUANIAN DESCENT UNDER THE PRINCIPLES OF ROBERT BADEN-POWELL WITH THE VIEW TO PROVIDE THEM ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO BECOME GOOD CITIZEN, SINCERE MEMBERS OF THEIR FAITH AND USEFUL MEMBERS OF THEIR COMMUNITIES.
