Vision: We envision an end to youth homelessness.

Goals

1. 1.National Teen Mental Health Crisis & Referral Safeline support youth in Mentally Overcoming Challenges and Adversity (MOCA). Ensure youth have safe space to talk about mental health challenges and locate resources in their community. Expand nationwide to meet the needs of youth, specifically those unable/unwilling to call 988. Increase resources for mental health to meet needs in service desserts.
2. 2.Streamline Home Free Program process while improving data collection to understand why youth may not secure a ticket. Increase tickets issued by 10% and confirmation of the number of youth returned safely home via conference call with the youth to discuss protective factors to prevent reoccurrence and discuss referrals and resources to support youth. Increase confirmation by no less than 10%.
3. 3.Prioritize organizational investment in infrastructure improvements to ensure long-term ability to expand. Prioritize spending on dedicated staff for youth facing programs. Strategic planning to ensure alignment with mission, vision and priorities and overview of functional department needs. Protect funds for essential operating costs and secure funds to ensure reserves are available for programs.
