Vision

"Each Village a Peace Village." We will have Interfaith Peacemaker (IP) Teams in each village in designated areas of the countries where we work, by 2032. We train religious leaders (of all faiths) and civic leaders to become peacemakers and work in Interfaith Peacemaker (IP) Teams to collaborate across differences, build power and act strategically to win on issues that arise from the ground up in their communities. As the the number of teams and their collaborative victories increase, public opinion will reach a tipping point, when it will shift from tolerating extremism to affirming pluralism; social cohesion will be built, and democracy strengthened.

Goals

1. 1.By 2027 we will have 20,000 trained peacemakers, 1000 Interfaith Peacemaker Teams in 12 countries.
2. 2.By 2027 raise $1 million. To do so, we will strengthen capacity of Board, staff and volunteers; and IP Teams in 8 countries to do local fundraising and create revenue generation opportunities.
3. 3.OMNIA does one thing: Build Interfaith Peacemaker Teams in marginalized communities around the world. New programs arise only in response to contextual needs identified by the IP Teams' communities.
