Goals

1. 1.Partner with local schools and youth-serving organizations to identify at-risk youth Host community forums to raise awareness and gather input on dropout prevention Add at least three new education- and youth-focused partners Launch a branded dropout prevention outreach campaign Cultivate corporate and foundation funding to sustain programs
2. 2.Design and implement programming, including tutoring, peer mentoring, mental health check-ins, and recreational activities. Develop a standardized intake and assessment protocol for identifying dropout risk factors. Create a centralized database to evaluate program outcomes and inform strategic adjustments.
3. 3.Assess the mission to ensure that core programs reflect the agency's current vision. Focus on programs that align with Haven's objectives and goals.
