We discuss that each person's opinion represents one person, however when we hear feedback we listen with intention, as we hear suggestions and ideas and opportunities to serve better. During COVID-19 we had a rigid 'no nights out' policy in our shelters. We found that we needed to discuss each situation separately and create a mutual game plan and accountability to establish expectations and keep them safe, as well as other people living in the houses and staff safe when they returned.
