Bridge Communities Inc.

Mission

The mission of Bridge Communities is to partner with families and their children, providing stable housing and transformational support so they are empowered to overcome homelessness and thrive for generations to come. Our program houses, mentors, and empowers families while focusing on moving them towards a goal of self sufficiency. Since its founding in 1988 Bridge Communities has become an award-winning and national leader for organizations that support families facing homelessness, as well as the surrounding issues that lead to homelessness, such as lack of affordable housing and well-paid labor jobs.
