1. 1.Strengthen organizational capacity by investing in financial sustainability, data and technology infrastructure, and leadership development, enabling CCL to enhance program quality, improve outcomes tracking, and scale services effectively while maintaining strong governance and operational excellence.
2. 2.Launch an advancement program for participants ready to move beyond entry-level jobs, combining career pathway training, access to capital for small business growth, housing stabilization for upward mobility, and advanced financial coaching to support long-term wealth building.
3. 3.Scale CCL’s existing programs by increasing service capacity, expanding referral networks, and strengthening community partnerships to reach more individuals facing economic barriers, while maintaining high-quality, culturally and linguistically responsive financial, employment, and coaching services.
