Goals

1. 1.Habitat for Humanity of Northern Fox Valley expands access to affordable housing by providing 0% interest mortgages to low income individuals earning 60–80% of AMI. Homeowners contribute 250 sweat equity hours and their mortgage does not exceed 30% of their income. Financial literacy and home maintenance classes support long term stability in this transformational step.
2. 2.Habitat for Humanity of Northern Fox Valley strengthens its capacity by pursuing diverse, sustainable funding sources, including city, county, and state grants, alongside private and corporate support. These investments enhance staffing, infrastructure, and program delivery, ensuring we can meet growing demand and maintain long-term impact.
3. 3.Habitat for Humanity of Northern Fox Valley is committed to expanding its advocacy to advance equitable housing policies and raise awareness of affordable homeownership needs. By engaging stakeholders, policymakers, and the community, we amplify our mission and work toward systemic change that supports lasting housing stability.
