Vision

Our vision is for every child to have the opportunity to grow and thrive through the arts.

Goals

1. 1.We aspire for our multidisciplinary programs to be recognized as excellent, affordable and fun. Our goal is for each program to meets its artistic and operational standards and that students demonstrate program participation success. We aim for our programs to reflect a wide scope of fine arts education and be responsive to MFA’s priorities with consideration of the interest of the community.
2. 2.We aspire to maintain a strong financial position to ensure our sustainability and achieve our program and facilities vision. Our desired outcomes will be that our revenue streams are diverse and growing and support our annual budgets with sufficient cash reserves to deal with emergencies and achieve our facilities vision and that our financial practices are sound and appropriately transparent.
3. 3.We aspire to have a robust set of collaborators and supporters, who are actively engaged with our mission and our vision to create a 5th Avenue Arts District. Our aim is to grow our collaboration with local government(s) and partnerships with local school districts. We aim to engage Arts District collaborators or partners and to have a growing group of supporters who help us achieve our goals.
