Goals

1. 1.LCN aims to strengthen existing programs by enhancing alignment with mission priorities. Stakeholder input highlights the need to expand mental health services, job training, and wraparound supports to meet rising demand driven by new arrivals, persistent youth homelessness, and exacerbated post-pandemic inequities. Community partnerships will fill service gaps and extend critical resources.
2. 2.LCN aims to build organizational capacity and strengthen internal processes, with emphasis on staffing, management, and infrastructure. By implementing mechanisms for more efficient service delivery, we anticipate reduced burnout and subsequent turnover. Doing so also supports long-term sustainability by ensuring robust financial management, data-driven decision-making, and streamlined operations.
3. 3.To sustain service quality and reinforce its mission, LCN will focus on strengthening program alignment. By concentrating on core programs, LCN aims to maximize impact while addressing resource constraints. Scaling back less critical initiatives will allow LCN to reallocate resources, further solidifying the agency’s role as a leader in supporting youth and families experiencing homelessness.
