Healthy Start is a Sponsoring Organization for the Child and Adult Care Food Program of the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture, administered by the Illinois State Board of Education in Illinois. Healthy Start passes Federal funds to eligible child care centers for cash reimbursement for meals served.
