Goal One: Growth and expansion of our medical services to provide better access to NICU and step-down care for premature children with an aim to grow towards educational training and maternal medicine

Goal Two: Increasing our infrastructure and supporting staff with a focus on future goals paves the way to position GLA to meet immediate needs in the medical sector while still enhancing our Orpahange programs
Goal Type: Invest in the capacity of our organization (financial, management, technical, etc.).
Goal Three: COVID-19 provided an opportunity for the Board of Directors to evaluate current program offerings alongside staff and implement program assessments to prevent mission drift.
