THE CENTER WORKS TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO URBAN YOUTH IN EAST ST. LOUIS, IL (ONE OF THE POOREST URBAN AREAS IN THE COUNTRY). PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE A HEALTHY OUT-OF-SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT, CHRISTMAS PROGRAM , SUMMER CAMP AND MISSION TRIPS
