NewRoot Learning Institute

Mission

NEWROOT IS A SOCIAL IMPACT ORGANIZATION WHOSE WORK FOCUSES ON ADULT CAPACITY BUILDING AS THE PRIMARY VEHICLE FOR CREATING SAFE, INCLUSIVE, AND RESTORATIVE SPACES. BY INVESTING IN SUSTAINABLE AND WELLNESS-ROOTED ADULT LEARNING, PRACTICES, AND MINDSETS, THEY EQUIP A COMMUNITY OF ADULTS WHO ARE PREPARED TO DO THE ONGOING WORK REQUIRED TO DISMANTLE AND REBUILD A SAFE, EQUITABLE AND JUST SOCIETY. NEWROOT PROVIDES YOUNG PEOPLE WITH THE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND TOOLS ESSENTIAL TO THRIVE AFTER HIGH SCHOOL.

2.85% of NR staff will strongly agree they would recommend NR as a great place to work.
3.Increase our annual budget by 30% through both donated and earned revenue.
