On March 28, 2019, The Federal Trade Commission reported on the operations of Disabled Police and Sheriff's Foundation, a former charity that has recently dissolved, in an article titled, "FTC, States Continue Fight against Sham Charities; Shut Down Operations That Falsely Claimed to Help Disabled Police Officers and Veterans."
