Vision

RTSWS' vision is a world where girls are more financially and investment literate and they don't shy away from careers in these fields. They are no longer afraid of math.

Goals

1. 1.RTSWS has already reached over 7000 high school girls. We began in 2012 in one school in Nashville and have grown to 60+ high schools across 35+ cities in the US, Canada and UK. We strive to broaden our reach to at least 3 new cities each year. Additionally, every year we focus on expanding our reach in specific cities by offering additional programming in those cities when possible.
2. 2.RTSWS began strictly as a high school program. We are now offering continued services to our alumnae through college and into their careers. We are currently in the process of expanding upon this program reaching even more universities across the country.
3. 3.RTSWS is investing in our program through enhancements such as the ACC portal where alumnae can search for industry internships and jobs. Additionally, we are focusing on enhancing our high school programs by continuously upgrading our RTSWS app.
