Vision

Kiwanis will be a positive influence in communities worldwide — so that one day, all children will wake up in communities that believe in them, nurture them and provide the support they need to thrive.

Goals

1. 1.Community impact to perform meaningful service, with service to children as our priority. Our members know what children in their communities need and fill the gaps in three cause areas: health and nutrition, education and literacy, and youth leadership development. Our Kiwanis Children’s Fund awards grants that allow clubs to do more than they could on their own.
2. 2.Financial viability to enable Kiwanis to be responsible stewards and serve more children. For more than 100 years, Kiwanis International has been an agent for good. In order to make a difference in the lives of children in communities around the world, Kiwanis and our Children’s Fund need to diversify revenue sources, grow our endowment fund and put cost-cutting measures in place.
3. 3.Membership and engagement initiatives to build, retain and support a growing Kiwanis network. Kiwanis is a boots-on-the-ground organization. We can’t exist without our members. To help more children, we need to build new clubs and retain members. These clubs and members are the donor base for our Children’s Fund and their support allows us to help clubs reach those in need in their communities.
