TO CARRY ON ACTIVITIES OF AN AGRICULTURAL, EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC NATURE TENDING TO FOSTER, ENCOURAGE AND PROMOTE IMPROVEMENT IN SOIL, CROPS, LIVESTOCK, POULTRY AND EDUCATION. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY HOLDING ANNUAL FAIRS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES OF AN AGRICULTURAL AND HORTICULTURAL NATURE.
