Women in Aviation International is the largest nonprofit in the world dedicated to inspiring, connecting, and supporting women and girls. Our goal is to provide a lifetime of programs and support for our members at every state of their aviation experience. - Invest in our current and future workforce - Build a strong, informed pipeline of talent for the aviation and aerospace industries around the world - Inspire women and girls to pursue careers in aviation and aerospace

Vision

Women in Aviation International envisions a world where the sky is open to all, where aviation and aerospace dreams are possible, without barriers.

Goals

1.Invest in the aviation and aerospace industry's current and future global workforce. WAI provides programs that strengthen the talent pipeline - scholarships, mentoring, professional development, and year-round resources - designed to help women enter, advance, and stay in aviation and aerospace.
2.Build a diverse, inclusive, and sustainable global aviation and aerospace industry. WAI's is focused on expanding access and removing barriers.
3.Inspire women and girls to pursue careers in aviation and aerospace. In addition to supporting women who are pursuing aviation careers, WAI also works to spark early interest for girls aged 5-17. We have programs such as Aviation for Girls for this outreach, and we are adding new programs like our Global Access Program and bi-weekly podcasts to reach our broad and global membership.
