TO EMPOWER FAMILIES TO LIVE SAFE, NON-VIOLENT LIVES BY PROVIDING SUPPORTIVE SERVICES THAT REAFFIRMS THE RIGHT TO QUALITY OF LIFE AND BASIC HUMAN DIGNITY AND TO ADVOCATE FOR VICTIMS AND SURVIVORS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND RAPE/SEXUAL ASSAULT THROUGH COLLABORATION,COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND TRAINING.
