Vision

Karam means “generosity” in Arabic. With authenticity, expertise, bravery, and generosity, Karam works to restore dignity and expand opportunity for Syrian youth and young adults affected by conflict and displacement. Through a holistic model of innovative learning, entrepreneurial development, and community-driven support, Karam builds pathways to leadership, success, and self-determination, with the goal of empowering 10,000 Young Leaders by 2028. With programming in Turkiye and Syria, Karam serves displaced and returning families while also investing in local communities to promote long-term integration, stability, and shared growth.

Goals
