    Mission

    The mission of Catholic Charities of Shiawassee and Genesee Counties (CCSGC) is the work of the Catholic Church, to share the love of Christ by performing the corporal and spiritual works of mercy. CCSGC provides: Soup Kitchens that serve meals 365 days a year, One Stop Housing Services, Medical Transportation Services for medically fragile children, Warming Centers, Child Welfare with Foster Care and Adoption Services, Prevention Education and Offender Success Programs, a Community Closet that provides clothes and personal need items, Counseling Services, and a Comprehensive Transitional Housing Program for Veterans (coming soon).
