Founded in 1930, United Way of Bay County's mission is to engage and empower the community to collectively impact lives and envision a thriving community where every person has access to equitable opportunities that lead to an enhanced quality of life. United Way is multi-faceted, and focused on building a healthy community, creating youth opportunity, acheiving financial security for every generation, and strengthening community resiliency.
