We are compelled by the love of God to equip the hurting and homeless of Mid-Michigan through guidance and Godly care that leads our guests toward God honoring sustainable solutions of permanent housing.

Goals

1. 1.The Overnight Drop-In Center is a coordinated project between Good Samaritan Rescue Mission and the City of Bay City to provide a place of care for those that are chronically homeless. The new space accommodates 35 homeless individuals and provides a safe place overnight.
2. 2.Higher Purpose is a multi-faceted approach to enhance the quality of life for Saginaw citizens by seeking the ideas of people living near the Rescue Mission for improving their own neighborhood, focusing on a few blocks at a time, with a goal of equitably improving lives through community investment and personalized mentoring.
3. 3.Conduct a comprehensive review of all technology assets—including computers, security cameras, software systems, licensed devices, and user accounts—to ensure resources are aligned with current and future needs. Based on this assessment, make strategic, cost‑conscious investments that enhance efficiency, improve security, and support sustainable growth.
