TO FURTHER THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING COUNSELING AND REHABILITATION FOR THE COMMUNITY'S RECOVERING ALCOHOLICS AND DRUG ADDICTS. TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN SUCH FACILITIES AS MAY BE DEEMED NECESSARY FOR THE SUPPORT AND GENERAL SOCIAL WELFARE OF ITS RECOVERING MEMBERS.
