TO PROVIDE PERSONS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES, MENTAL ILLNESS AND OTHER DISABLING CONDITIONS WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO ACHIEVE GOALS AND TO MORE FULLY PARTICIPATE IN THEIR COMMUNITY. PRS ENCOURAGES SOCIALIZATION AND RELATIONSHIP BUILDING AS WELL AS EMPLOYMENT TRAINING, PLACEMENT, RECREATIONAL AND THERAPEUTIC.
