Mission

COTS exists to create and facilitate opportunities for families in poverty to collaborate, thrive, and succeed in building strong and stable households, neighborhoods, and communities. With the realization of poverty as the driver of homelessness and our need to address it came our theory of change for disrupting generational poverty. COTS Passport To Self-Sufficiency™ (PTS) framework assists families in building stabilized environments to create a multi-generational impact and ultimately break the cycle of poverty for the next generation and beyond. Through PTS, families are supported with housing, economic, health, education, and career goals through coaching and mentorship.

3.ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Set to create and sustain a dynamic culture of learning and applied knowledge that fosters high-functioning board members, leaders and teams, resulting in quality outcomes.
