TO FOSTER THE PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF MICHIGAN'S YOUTH THROUGH THE SPORT OF SOCCER BY PROVIDING THE GOVERNING STRUCTURE TO ADMINISTER YOUTH SOCCER IN THE STATE OF MICHIGAN AND TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TO PLAYERS, PARENTS, COACHES, REFEREES AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES.
