Goals

1. 1.To foster growth and enhance access to the museum’s programs and services, we have identified a set of strategic goals that will shape the next phase of our development. These goals aim to ensure our efforts are relevant, accessible, and sustainable in the long term.
2. 2.To ensure the Tuskegee Airmen National Historical Museum remains a dynamic, future-forward institution, new programs must reflect evolving needs in aviation, education, and workforce development. These initiatives are designed to expand access, promote, variety and prepare the next generation for careers in aerospace and STEM-related fields.
3. 3.Investing in capacity through financial, management, and technical resources remains a key strategic objective of the TANHM. By implementing effective CRM systems, we aim to track best practices, which will enhance financial performance. Furthermore, establishing a robust management pipeline will facilitate succession planning, ultimately positioning the Museum for sustained success and growth.
