Goals

1. 1.Continue to provide quality tutoring services and small group classes to adults through the recruitment and training of volunteer tutors, the retention of engaged staff members, and continued financial stability.
2. 2.Provide ongoing training and support to the board of directors; continue to advance adaptive financial practices to meet the challenges of the current nonprofit landscape; implement evidence-based information technology practices to safeguard operations against future threats.
3. 3.Collaborate with other local, regional, and state-wide adult literacy programs and advocacy groups to promote investment with legislators and other community stakeholders.
