The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Our programs and trainings are inspiring and impactful to community members, businesses, and philanthropists. The real, measured impact on families and communities is growing/deepening. We are intentional about where we are, and where we are is broadly inclusive. Students in the communities we serve have access to SEEDS programming regardless of income or demographics.
Goal Two: SEEDS is an employer of choice in our region, providing competitive living wages, robust benefits, and an awesome staff culture. SEEDS invites all staff to bring their unique knowledge, interest, and experience to their work. There are no holes and great efficiency in the systems we’ve built for Operations, Administration, and Engagement.
Goal Three: Our funding models are diverse (inclusive of earned income, government and private grantors, and different formats for partnership), flexible (i.e. unrestricted money), reliable, and consistent.
