Saline Area Soccer Association

Mission

TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY, COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR BOYS AND GIRLS TO PLAY THE GAME OF SOCCER.

Vision

TO BUILD A THRIVING, INCLUSIVE SOCCER COMMUNITY WHERE BOYS AND GIRLS GROW AS ATHLETES, LEADERS, TEAMMATES, UNITED BY RESPECT, RESILIENCE AND A LOVE FOR THE GAME.

Goals

1.Girls’ participation in sports is declining nationwide, and Saline FC is committed to reversing that trend. This initiative fosters belonging, empowerment, and inclusivity ensuring female athletes feel supported, valued, and inspired to stay engaged, grow as leaders, and thrive both on and off the field
2.Saline FC is reworking rostered age groups to create a more balanced, enjoyable soccer journey for every player. These changes are designed to enhance development, competition, and fun, ensuring all athletes have the best possible experience on the field while strengthening our inclusive community.
3.Saline FC is investing in a local facility to better serve families. This new space will eliminate the need to travel to other cities and make our Travel program more accessible, providing greater convenience and opportunity for players while strengthening our community.
