PROMOTE SOCIAL WELFARE, BRING COMMUNITY TOGETHER, PROMOTE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE AND COMBAT NEIGHBORHOOD DETERIORATION BY CREATING INCENTIVE TO INVEST IN THE COMMUNITY. ALSO, TO SUPPORT EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS ON COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND THE ROLE ON INDIVIDUALS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR COMMUNITY.
