Vision

Housing costs in our community are creating financial challenges for many of our neighbors. We are here to provide information, guidance, and resources through our Housing Navigator Program. The goal is to create a plan to improve the financial position of our participants, and it all starts with an individual financial assessment.

Goals

1. 1.Our goal is to continue and enhance the service our HUD-approved housing counseling agency provides to the community through our structured Housing Navigator Program. The HNP provides free counseling and education services to assist in reducing housing cost burden and achieving financial stability.
2. 2.We are pursuing improved collection of the most accurate/current local housing data. Improved processes & accuracy will enhance our ability to serve constituents while monitoring the regulatory relationships between the county, city and developers.
3. 3.We are expanding the reach of our Housing Navigator Program by adding a location & staff in Immokalee.
