NORRIS IS A MULTI-SERVICE TREATMENT CENTER FOR YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES THAT PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL, SHELTER, AND CLINICAL SERVICES FOR YOUTH AGES 8-17 AS WELL AS FACILITATING TREATMENT FOSTER CARE PLACEMENT FOR YOUTH OF ANY AGE OR GENDER.
