The Wisconsin Historical Foundation exists to advance the mission of the Wisconsin Historical Society: to help people connect to the past by collecting, preserving and sharing stories.

The Wisconsin Historical Foundation shares the same vision as the Wisconsin Historical Society: Enriching and transforming lives through unparalleled access to history.

Goals

1.Raise necessary funds and elevate public awareness of the Campaign for a New Wisconsin History Center.
2.Grow revenue from membership, sponsorship, planned giving, and federal and private grants.
3.Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communications that grow brand awareness, support attendance/revenue goals, and position the Society for increased regional and national recognition.
