Vision

By empowering our communities most forgotten, Adults with Disabilities, with meaningful employment in a safe and nurturing environment, augmented with critical social services, our vision is clear. To create a more inclusive, diverse, and equitable community where all can not only survive, but thrive. And the dream of independence can become a reality.

Goals

1. 1.New creative teaching and training is needed to finish these tasks. And the social services we provide are kept up to date as the needs of our community evolves.
2. 2.Creating greater scale to realize faster fulfillment is achieved by allowing more clients to participate. This requires more detailed instruction.
3. 3.A modern commercial kitchen was recently built allowing us the means to focus on baking, our core work, as our sales and story are amplified across the country.
