    THE FOUDATION SERVES TO PROVIDE LONG-TERM FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE TO THE ST. JOHN'S NORTHWESTERN MILITARY ACADEMY, INC.(THE "ACADEMIES") AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL ORGANIZATION GRANTEES LOCATED ON THE ACADEMIES' DELAFIELD CAMPUS.THE CORPORATION HISTORICALLY HAD DIRECTED ITS SUPPORT EXCLUSIVELY TO THE ACADEMIES. IT SHALL CONTINUE TO GIVE THOUGHTFUL CONSIDERATION TO THE ACADEMIES'NEEDS. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY MEANS OF INVESTMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF ENDOWMENT FUNDS AND OTHER RESTRICTED FUNDS THAT ARE INTENDED TO YIELD ANNUAL SUPPORT AND GROWTH OF THE MANAGED FUNDS THAT WILL EXCEED THE RATE OF INFLATION.
