PROVIDE TRAINING AND USE OF VIDEO PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT TO A DIVERSE GROUP OF ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS. THE RESULT OF THIS TRAINING AND USE OF EQUIPMENT GIVES THE COMMUNITY ENRICHING VIEWPOINTS, EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES, AND OPPORTUNITIES TO CABLECAST THEIR PROGRAMS ON PUBLIC
