Next Act Theatre's artistic programming reaches thousands of patrons each season. Plays reflect topical issues which attract individuals to a particular production's theme. Audiences are comprised of mostly white, ages 40-70 on average, with slightly more women than men attending. Next Act's arts education reaches high school students from a number of schools through workshops, matinees, special projects and two summer initiatives.

Next Act Theatre values their patrons and donors as there wouldn't be a theatre without them. Within reason and where feedback benefits the majority, suggestions are discussed and implemented as they can. There has been no major shift in recent history such as constructing a new mission or producing a new genre of plays. It is important to Next Act Theatre that patrons and donors feel comfortable discussing anything that pertains to our productions.
