Since 1987, Habitat for Humanity of Dane County has worked with 225 families to build simple, decent, affordable homes. Our Mission: Seeking to put God's love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities and hope. Our Goal: Habitat for Humanity of Dane County will be a recognized leader, partner and catalyst for affordable housing solutions that positively impact families, communities and the environment.

2.o Monthly evaluation and improvement of Habitat Dane’s culture and processes o Exploring three additional avenues for putting families in homes, taking a multi- pronged approach as warranted o Being creative and courageous in our service to our neighbors, particularly via funding local advocacy o Exploring other financing options for home ownership, including utilizing our capacity as a CDFI
3.o Build and maintain 6 months of operating reserves by 2030 o Exercise financial prudence through taking time to establish best fiscal practices vis a vis construction o Grow fundraising to $5 million annually by 2030 o Grow ReStore to $4 million annually by 2030 o Change the Audit Committee to the Risk Committee and charge them with overseeing the organization’s work to mitigate risk
