TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION OF HISTORIC STRUCTURES, REVERSE URBAN DETERIORATION, REVITALIZE URBAN AREAS AND PROMOTE AFFORDABLE HOUSING, THROUGH DIRECT OWNERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT OF REAL ESTATE AND/OR PROVIDING LOANS AND GRANTS TO ENTITIES OR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE FURTHERING THESE SAME INITIATIVES.
