Vision

St. Croix Festival Theatre will be the artistic and social hub for professional theatre and the arts for the extended Central St. Croix Valley and an economic anchor for St. Croix Falls and the surrounding business community.

Goals

1. 1.In response to community feedback, Festival Theatre is strengthening arts education with year-round staff leadership, broadened access for all school-aged youth in 2025 and beyond, future full-time staffing, and expanded multi-week camps where participants create full productions.
2. 2.Festival Theatre aims to maintain and strengthen its high-quality professional productions by enhancing production values, supporting artists through improved compensation and resources, and ensuring long-term artistic consistency for the St. Croix Valley.
3. 3.Festival Theatre is expanding staff capacity and operational infrastructure to meet rising demand, support program growth, and build long-term organizational sustainability.
