To empower individuals with disabilities and mental health challenges to overcome isolation through friendships, build self-esteem, develop essential skills, and contribute positively to their communities—fostering a more connected Wisconsin.

Vision

To create a Wisconsin where all individuals, regardless of ability, are accepted, empowered, and connected so that no one experiences social isolation.

Goals

1.Strengthen Friendship Circle’s impact by prioritizing and investing in core mission-driven programs, while thoughtfully scaling back or sunsetting programs that do not directly advance our primary outcomes.
2.Grow and scale Friendship Circle’s existing programs and services to increase access, reach, and impact for individuals and families we serve.
3.Develop and launch new programs in response to evolving needs within the communities we serve, informed by data, feedback, and emerging trends.
