Vision

The vision of the Milwaukee LGBT Community Center is a thriving, inclusive greater Milwaukee community where all lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer people are safe, healthy, empowered, and fully valuedable to live authentically with dignity, connection, and opportunity.

Goals

1. 1.The Milwaukee LGBT Community Center seeks to expand and scale existing programs to meet growing community needs. By increasing capacity, strengthening infrastructure, and enhancing outreach, the Center will reduce barriers and ensure more LGBTQ+ individuals can access affirming, culturally competent services and support.
2. 2.The Milwaukee LGBT Community Center will invest in its financial, management, and technical capacity to strengthen sustainability and effectiveness. This includes improving systems, staff development, and infrastructure to support responsible growth, enhance service delivery, and ensure long-term stability in serving the LGBTQ+ community.
3. 3.This goal reflects the Milwaukee LGBT Community Center’s commitment to advancing advocacy efforts that promote equity, safety, and inclusion for LGBTQ+ people. Through education, community engagement, and strategic partnerships, the Center will amplify community voices and influence systems that impact LGBTQ+ well-being.
