TO DEVELOP AND PROMOTE SKIING AND OTHER WINTER SPORTS IN MADISON, WISCONSIN AND ENVIRONS, BY IMPROVING EXISTING FACILITIES, DEVELOPMENT OF NEW AREAS, AND BY SPONSORING COMPETITIONS AND OFFERING INSTRUCTION, AND DO ALL OTHER THINGS NECESSARY AND PROPER TO EFFECTUATE THE FOREGOING PURPOSES.
