Mission

Metro Hope Ministries is a Christ-centered, residential drug and alcohol recovery program serving mothers with children, women and men, providing healing and hope for the whole family since 1926. We are a restorative recovery ministry providing real help and lasting hope for the entire family in a grace-filled environment through Jesus Christ. We provide separate Christ-centered long term residential ministries for women with children, women and men who are seeking freedom from the shackles of addiction. These mentored programs emphasize a unique restorative process that cleanses the body, clears the mind, changes the heart and saves the soul.

Vision

Metro Hope's vision is of a community that lives devoted to following Jesus Christ in all aspects of their lives, being productive members of society, and being a blessing to everyone around them.

Goals

1.One goal is to provide our graduate women and children with an apartment building that is safe and affordable, their biggest challenge today.
2.Mothers typically have to give up their children to get help with addiction but at Metro Hope, mothers bring their children, ages 0-10, to live full-time, healing and growing together. No one does this specific work so we are in need of a larger facility to care for more women and children trapped in addiction and other behaviors that are controlling their lives.
3.As a non-profit, we need the support of the community to provide the Christ-centered programming we offer in our residential program. We are very good at being good stewards of the gifts we are given. There are no high salaries, many volunteers, and donated items that allow 90% of every dollar donated provides real help and lasting hope for our men, women, and children.
